Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StancioHub platform (stanciohub.com) and all services operated by PT Scentus Innovative Technology ("Company", "we", "us"), including but not limited to Versio and Kreasi (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

StancioHub provides a unified digital platform that includes: a) Versio — An AI-powered SaaS business agent platform for social media publishing, inbound messaging management (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, email), customer CRM, and content management. b) Kreasi — An AI-powered SaaS platform for social media management, inbound messaging (Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email), and digital content creation for businesses. c) Additional services we may introduce in the future under the StancioHub brand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features or parts of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for: - Providing accurate and complete information during registration. - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - All activities that occur under your account. - Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You agree not to use the Services to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations of the Republic of Indonesia or other relevant jurisdictions. - Transmit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. - Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content. - Attempt to access systems, data, or other user accounts without authorization. - Use the Services for fraudulent or misleading activities. - Create content containing hate speech, violence, or content violating decency norms through AI features. - Resell or redistribute access to the Services without our written permission. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service software. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

a) Your Content You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Services ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate the Services. b) AI-Generated Content Content generated by AI features in Versio and Kreasi is created based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of such content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. c) Our Intellectual Property The StancioHub platform, Versio, Kreasi, and all related trademarks, designs, code, and documentation are the property of PT Scentus Innovative Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services allow integration with third-party platforms and providers, including: - Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, official WhatsApp Business API) for publishing and inbound messaging. - TikTok for video content publishing. - OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for AI content processing and generation. - Xendit for payment processing. - Cloudflare for infrastructure and media storage. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service and policies of the respective third-party platforms, as well as the permissions you grant when connecting your third-party accounts. We are not responsible for changes, disruptions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that may affect Service functionality. If a third-party platform revokes or limits API access, related features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

a) The Services are available in free and paid plans. Free plans have limited features and usage. Paid plans are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Pricing and plan details will be displayed before you make a purchase. b) Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically. c) Payments are processed through Xendit. By making a payment, you also agree to Xendit's terms of service. d) Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. e) Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused remaining periods, unless required by law. f) We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

We strive to provide the Services with high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to: - Scheduled maintenance (which we will communicate in advance when possible). - Infrastructure disruptions or third-party platform outages beyond our control. - Force majeure events. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary Service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: a) The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. b) We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for your use of such content. c) Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. d) We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: - Your violation of these Terms. - User Content you create or publish through the Services. - Your violation of any third-party rights. - Your unlawful use of the Services.

a) You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. b) We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if: - You violate these Terms. - We are required by law to do so. - We decide to discontinue the Services entirely (with 30 days' notice). c) Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-Service notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable deliberation (musyawarah mufakat). If deliberation does not reach an agreement within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Jakarta in accordance with its applicable rules.

a) Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. b) Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services. c) Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
